Expansion Joints Waterproofing

We gave these joints a new life by removing all the rotting wood, pressure washing between the gaps and installed backer rod and self leveling sealant.

Historic Fountain Restoration

This historic fountain was structurally retrofitted, washed, mortar joints were repointed and all surface was beautified with a white cement

microtopping.

Curb Repair and Resurfacing

This curb was structurally repair by removing settling parts of the concrete, drilling and installing new rebar, pouring concrete in the holes and then fully resurfaced to blend in all the structural repairs

Wash and Seal Deck

This old concrete patio was pressure washed, joints were water proofed, and all the concrete surface was sealed with a water acrylic sealer.

Restore and Decorative Overlay

This concrete deck in a backyard patio was treated and overlayed with 2 layers of microtopping. The color was included in the wet cementitious mix to ensure rich color despite future scratches. All work was locked in and protected with an acrylic sealer.

Curb Structural Repair

This crumbling curb was rebuilt. We removed the old concrete, anchored new rebar into the existent flat curb, installed new reinforcement and new structural concrete.

Masonry Crack Repair

After several years of soil settlement, this foundation developed a crack the continued into the brick façade. Once the foundation was leveled, we fixed the crack by installing red colored mortar that would mimic the brick.

Trip Hazard Ramp

After years of settlement and the rebuilding of a new right of way sidewalk, the driveway developed a massive 4 inch trip hazard that represented a dangerous liability. We installed a ramp made of fast setting structural mortar. We honored existing joints to prevent any further random cracking. In just 2 days, the homeowner was able to reuse his driveway.

Foundation Corrosion Repair

This foundation was crumbling due to corrosion within its rebars. All the unsound concrete was removed on the front face of the foundation and around the rebar. Then rebar was cleaned up from corrosion. We applied corrosion inhibitor on the rebars, and epoxy bonding agent directly on the remaining concrete. Finally we installed structural mortar and fresh decorative parging mortar.
