He is a great communicator, explains what is being done and why very clearly, and provides photos and videos of his work. His work was very methodical, detailed, and well constructed. He let us know what issues we had without hard-selling us, explained the reasoning for what was needed, and showed us the particulars via photos and video of the tunnels underneath the house, which we knew to be accurate as we also had photos from a separate foundation company. He welcomed inspection from an outside structural engineer. Oliver is a civil engineer by trade. He was very reasonable about the payment schedule and we felt the pricing was fair. We were very happy with the work and an outside engineering company verified and approved of the work. Would definitely use him again.

Oliver was prompt in replying and coming out to look at our situation. He took time in explaining both the causes of the cracks as well as what his repairs would do. Communication and scheduling throughout the job was excellent and timely. Oliver and his crew were all very professional and courteous; Oliver even spent time explaining the structural repair process to our interested 9yr old while he was working. Due to weather and crawly critters, some of the work needed to be redone and Oliver was quick to do so and without complaint.
